Writing and checking your free preview takes several minutes. After payment and your approval of the full story, we create the illustrations and PDF. Timing varies, and you can follow progress on your book page. Hardcover printing and delivery take additional time and depend on the destination.
Yes. See their character, cover and first five text pages for free, with no card required. You can request another story or cover within your available attempts, and choose from your saved versions. The full story is available to review after payment; the remaining illustrations are created after you approve the words.
Yes — one clear photo of the child the book is about. We draw their character from it, so it is what makes the book theirs rather than anyone's. You can add up to two more references for family members, pets or a favorite toy, and those are entirely optional.
Add a favorite thing or use the optional memory field to share a family saying, routine or moment together. We weave these details naturally into the adventure, rather than making the whole plot about them. Your dedication appears separately at the beginning of the book.
Yes. After payment, read the full story and request changes before approving it for illustration. You can give specific instructions for a revision. Check the words carefully: approving them starts the final illustrations, followed by the PDF and automatic printing for hardcover orders.
Books can currently be created in English, Spanish, French, German, or Dutch, with regional variants where available. You can also choose from a growing collection of illustration styles and child-friendly fonts to give the book the look and feel you want.
Yes, in two ways. Create the book yourself using the child’s details and add a dedication, or buy a prepaid book gift so the recipient can personalize it. For a prepaid gift, choose the format and delivery country, then share the gift link. The recipient adds the photos and story details. Gift wrapping is not available.
We deliver hardcovers to the United Kingdom, United States, Netherlands, Germany, France and Spain. Printing, delivery and local VAT are included in the displayed price. Enter the delivery address at checkout. Once you approve the story and the illustrations and PDF are complete, the book is sent to the print provider automatically. Delivery timing varies by destination.
Yes. Before paying for a hardcover, choose the number of copies in your order summary. Additional copies of the same book cost less and go to the same delivery address. These are identical copies, not separate stories for different children. Digital purchases include one downloadable PDF.
Stories are created with children in mind, using age-appropriate themes and reassuring storytelling. You choose the theme and message, see the story and character before paying, then review the book's words before the final version is created.
Your details and photos are used to create the story and illustrations. Reference photos are stored privately and deleted after the finished book is created. Your book is not added to our public examples unless you explicitly choose to share it.
